After the production studios released the final two episodes of Firefly on DVD, because the show was canceled at episode 12, the marketing went through the roof. Everybody had to have it, so seeing the high ratings his show was getting, and getting annoyed by the constant fans telling him to continue the sereies- Joss Whendon created the movie Serenity. It's kind of like the ending to never be for the sereies, it ties up most of the loose ends and gives all the fans a satisfying movie. Released in 2005; sadfully their is not a sequeal to this dat.......

THE MOVIE TITLED RETURN TO SERENITY DOES NOT EXSIST IT IS JUST FANS MAKING A FAKE TRAILER BECAUSE THEY ARE DESPERATE! I REPEAT THERE IS NO SEQUEAL TO SERENITY.....yet.
